Do you offer instant delivery in Bali?

Yes. We offer instant delivery across Bali for orders placed before 5:00 PM (Bali time). Please select the instant delivery option during checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Indonesia. International shipping will be available soon. Delivery rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its delivery progress.

To maintain fabric softness and garment longevity, hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and tumble drying. Line dry in the shade.

How do I know what size to order?

Refer to our Size Guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or need personalized fit guidance for our seamless pieces, our Customer Care team is available to assist.
